  • Beginnings

  • Chouchoune was created in 2012 as a one-time-event to celebrate Michel Dorion's birthday. Me and 3 friends who were regular customers of the bar Cocktail got together and formed The Cocktail Sisters.

  • Miss Cocktail 2013 & Early years

  • In 2013, after practicing in every event I could find, I was chosen as first place winner of the Miss Cocktail drag contest.

    As I received a lot of positive feedback, I decided to give it a shot. As I had had several experiences on stage (rock band, musicals, choirs, theater...), drag became my new passion.

  • Hosting condom-bagging event in collaboration with Rezo.

  • Pride Montréal

  • I was involved with Pride Montréal from 2014 until 2020, representing Montréal in many other events across North America. I also created the Crazy Race (Course Capotée) event and hosted it until I was replaced in 2023.

  • Hosting contests

  • I had the privilege of hosting several editions of the Miss / MX Cocktail contest which gave me the opportunity of consistently improve my listening and co-hosting skills, sharing the stage with Nana (2017), Michel Dorion (2018), Miss Butterfly (2019), and others :-)

  • I also hosted several editions of Karaoke contests at Cocktail since 2016.

  • And got so into contests that I organized my own trivia event for a few years before the pandemic, which I brought back in a virtual form during Covid-19.

The Future

I'm very optimistic when I think of the coming years. To celebrate Chouchoune's 10th anniversary, I'm currently working on new editions of 2 solo shows that I presented in the past.

I'm also working on a secret project that I'm excited to tell you more about in the coming months!
